Candidate Evaluation
& Presentation

Client Interviews
& Selection
If requested, we will assist with formalizing the interview process. We will coordinate interviews with selected candidates, helping to prepare both parties for a productive discussion.

We will assist with final assessment and reference checks and if necessary, any additional background checks to verify the candidates's credentials.

Offer Negotiation
& Onboarding
Once the final candidate is selected, we will assist in the negotiation & closing process to ensure that compensation, benefits and other terms are aligned.

After the offer is accepted, we will provide support, as needed, during the transition and onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration into the company.​

Post Placement

We will remain engaged after the placement, providing ongoing support to facilitate the new executive's smooth integration and success.
