After earning a reputation as an elite recruiter and attaining a Technology Management Masters from Stevens Institute, I joined forces with a colleague at his boutique staffing firm, Bon Consulting, launching a pivotal journey.
This partnership signified an invigorating new phase of growth. I spearheaded new business development and led recruiting efforts, guiding the company as it scaled new heights.
